Alanna claims the Ulster Schools’ title - 2013-05-27
In the final, and despite a very poor start, young Alanna recovered amazingly well to sweep past her opposition and claim the Ulster Schools’ title.
Ulster Schools’ Year 9 Team Finals - 2013-06-10
The girls triumphed against their opposition to win a fantastic Ulster title and the boys exceeded all expectations to grab a well deserved 2nd place. Dromore are the first High School to win this trophy.
Irish Schools’ Track & Field Championships - 2013-06-10
Alanna competed in the Irish Schools Track & Field Championships held at Tullamore. This event is the pinnacle of schools athletics in Ireland. Alanna finished a very credible 6th in the final into what was a very strong headwind and running in the outside lane.

Year 13 attended the UCAS Higher Education Convention in Belfast last week to meet with representatives from many universities and higher education providers. This proved to be a very useful experience in gaining new ideas or consolidating plans for the future.
